Customer Service

▶Payment Instructions
① Cash on Delivery (COD) (International shipping not applicable)
     Pay the delivery personnel directly upon receiving your order.
     Note: A handling fee of NT$30 applies to this service. If the order is later returned for personal reasons, this fee is non-refundable.

② ATM Virtual Account Transfer
     After completing checkout, a unique virtual account number will be provided for your order. Please complete the transfer within the specified period.

Credit Card Online Payment
    Stella Lai uses Shopline Payment for secure transactions. Accepted credit cards: VISA, MasterCard, JCB, UnionPay.
    Note: Installment plans are available only for select Taiwanese banks.

④Apple Pay
    Link your credit or debit card to your Apple device and complete the payment during checkout.

 LINE Pay 
     LINE Pay is not  applicable for pre-order items or items not in stock.


Shipping & Delivery

   Pre-Order Items
   Since pre-order items are custom-made, they require 30-40 business days (excluding holidays) to be processed and shipped.

   In-Stock Items
   Orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days (excluding holidays).

   ① 7-Eleven & FamilyMart Pickup (No Payment Upon Pickup)

       Pick up your order from the designated 7-Eleven or FamilyMart store at your convenience.
       When your package arrives, you will receive a notification via SMS and email.
       If you do not receive a notification, please check if:
  1. Your phone is out of service
  2. Your phone is turned off
  3. You have opted out of receiving promotional messages

      Estimated Delivery Time:
      Packages are delivered within 3-5 business days after being processed. Delivery times cannot be specified, and delays may occur due to high order volume or unforeseen circumstances.

         Orders are delivered within 2-3 business days after processing. Delivery times cannot be specified, and actual delivery schedules depend on the courier’s route.

   ③ International Shipping

        We deliver product worldwide, please check our HOME Delivery for details.

▶Return & Exchange Policy
   We appreciate your support of Stella Lai. Every item is carefully inspected before shipping. Please check your order within 7 days of receipt (including holidays) to ensure it is correct and in good condition.

▶Exchanges

    If the size does not fit, you may exchange it by contacting us via LINE@. Exchanges will be processed based on available inventory.

   How to Exchange:

  1. Contact LINE@ customer service within 7 days of receiving the package. (The 7-day period starts from the day the package is signed for.)

  2. Provide your order details, and our customer service team will guide you through the process.

  3. Send the item back to Stella Lai, including a note with your name, contact information, and the new size you require.

  4. If the desired size is unavailable, we will offer a refund or an alternative product.

▶Returns

    Contact LINE@ customer service and include a note stating the reason for the return.

  • Credit Card Refunds: Processed back to the original card.

  • Cash on Delivery or Bank Transfer Refunds: A bank account number, account holder name, and bank code are required for the refund.


   Return Shipping Costs

    Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. Once the item is received and inspected, we will issue a full refund of the original order amount (excluding the NT$30 COD handling fee).

▶Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items

  • Items returned after the 7-day inspection period

  • Items damaged due to personal use, including:

    • Stains or damage from trying on

    • Items washed or cleaned

    • Missing accessories

    • Undergarments and hygiene-related products

▶Wrong or Defective Items

    If you received an incorrect or defective item, we sincerely apologize. Please contact LINE@ customer service immediately.

    Non-Defective Issues Include:

  • Loose threads, minor fraying, or uncut buttonholes

  • Slight color variation due to screen differences

  • Fabric odor (new clothing may have a residual fabric or dye smell, which will dissipate when aired out)

  • Minor stains or natural fabric imperfections

  • Differences in stitching, fit, or fabric feel based on personal preference

▶Important Notices

  • Customers who repeatedly cancel orders or violate return policies may have their account suspended.

  • Promo codes are usually limited in quantity. If a promo code cannot be applied, it may have been fully redeemed.

  • Stella Lai reserves the right to make the final interpretation and decisions regarding all policies.
